Please call us at 90-439-2889 to book your appointment. We recommend that all appointments are made in advance to best facilitate your preferred date, time and technician/therapist. We require a valid credit card at time of booking to secure your appointment. Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and our other clients may not be inconvenienced. Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24 hours for cancellation of treatments, 48 hours for a group of 3 to 4 and 72 hours for a group of 5 or more. All missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged the full amount.
Gratuities are not included in prices or gift certificates. Industry standards on gratuities are 15-20% -- but the amount is totally at the discretion of our clients.
We ask that you soften your voice upon arrival. Also please turn off your cellular devices. Our goal is to provide the most peaceful and relaxing environment possible to each and every guest. Thank you for your consideration.
Many treatments require the removal of jewelry. May we suggest that you leave valuables at home as we can not be responsible for lost items.
